我很期待有一天我可以翻譯藥水的訪談，但藥水的訪談或是消息都很少，一方面可能是因為他是菜鳥槍手，另一方面藥水這個人實在是太低調了。以下是我整理的一些藥水的消息和藥水語錄(?)等，摘自一些訪談，和槍官網官雜的新聞與消息。

Interviewer: 「I read one article in which you said that the move to Arsenal was a bit like a dream.」

問：「我曾經看到其他的報導，你說來到兵工廠就像是作夢一般。」

Vermaelen: 「Yeah, of course. Because, yeah, for me, Arsenal is one of the best clubs in the world. If you talk with other people, they are so jealous because they want to play in Arsenal. Yeah, it's true. Arsenal is, I don't know how to say it, but if you talk about Arsenal with people, they're so happy because for them, it's such a nice club who plays nice football, and I know every player wants to play for this club.」 

藥水：「是的，這當然，因為，恩…對我來說，兵工廠是世界上最棒的俱樂部之一，如果你和其他人說你在兵工廠踢球，他們會非常嫉妒，因為他們也想為兵工廠效力。這是真的，兵工廠是…恩…我不曉得該怎麼說比較好，但當你和別人聊到兵工廠的時候，他們會非常的高興，因為他們認為兵工廠是一間踢著漂亮足球的俱樂部，而我認識的每個球員都想為兵工廠踢球。」

「In my first year as well, nobody knew me and you come to this big club and you have to play every game and there are expectations, of course. If you're a good player you have to handle this pressure. Otherwise you don't belong at this club.」

藥水：「當我第一年來到兵工廠時，根本就沒人認識我，但當你來到一間很大的俱樂部時，你得踢每場比賽，而且大家都在看，並且對你有所期待。當然，如果一個好球員，得要有能力承受這些壓力，否則你就不算是屬於這間俱樂部了。」

「My girlfriend Aimee is also studying English in order to seek work here. For her it was a big step to come to London. Even more than me. The club also wants my girlfriend happy and helps her. This also helps my performance.」

藥水：「我的女朋友 Aimee 也為了在倫敦找工作而學英文，對她來說要來倫敦是很大的一步，對我來說也是。俱樂部希望我的女朋友在倫敦可以過得開心，幫助她很多，這對我的表現也很有幫助。」

「It's always good that the boss is there to give us some directions and keep the mood positive at half-time.」

藥水：「當在半場休息的時候，教授會在更衣室給我們一些指示，然後保持積極的態度，這真的非常的棒。」（ 藥水談到教授對槍手們的影響）

「Everybody starts from zero and everybody has to start again. You get a new chance and that's always a good feeling when people give you another chance to win something. The past is behind us and it's good to look into the future.」

藥水：「每個人都是從零開始，然後又必需再經歷一次。你會得到一個新的機會，而當你得到這個機會去贏得任何獎盃時，那感覺真的非常的棒。過去的就過去了，是時候該正視未來了。」

「I am really excited, especially after last year. I want to prove myself again and show the people what I'm able to do.Personally, yes, of course I am more determined, I played a lot of games in my first year and I hoped to do well in my second year but unfortunately I had a big injury and I couldn't play a lot so I couldn't show the people a lot. I'm determined to go on the pitch this year and fight for it.But the most important thing is the team of course and I hope we can work as hard as we can as individuals and make the team as strong as we can.」

藥水：「我真的非常的興奮，尤其是在去年（2010）之後。我想要再次證明自己，然後告訴大家我可以做到什麼。就我個人而言，是的，我更加堅強了，我在來的第一年踢了很多的比賽，我希望我在第二年也可以做得很好，但很不幸的，我遭遇了很嚴重的傷病，讓我沒辦法上場，告訴大家我可以做些什麼。我今年會在球場上繼續奮鬥的，當然最重要的還是整支隊伍，我希望我們儘可能的讓每個球員和整支隊伍都變得越來越強大。」

「I relapsed six times. That was hard. Every time I had a goal to come back, but that was then broken again and again. I am now cautious. It is frustrating that I cannot play. I had never been injured for so long. On some days it's mentally very tough but I see this as a test. Perhaps it is also good for my career and it will make me stronger mentally.」（關於那彷彿被下蠱般的阿基裡斯腱）

藥水：「我就這樣反覆的好又傷了六次，對我來說真的很難熬。每次我都以為我有希望可以回到場上了，但沒多久希望又破滅了，一次又一次，我從來沒有受傷過這麼久。某些時候，我的心理真的承受著莫大的壓力，但我想這是個考驗。也許，這對我的職業生涯是有幫助的，他讓我變得更加的堅強。」

「I wanted to stay in the dressing room [during my rehabilitation] to be with my team-mates,」 he explained. 

藥水：「我很想留在更衣室（在傷病期間），和我的隊友們在一起。」

"I had so much support from my friend Robin van Persie for example. Robin is a very helpful guy. He has experience with long injuries and often gave me good advice."

藥水：「我得到很多來自於我的好友羅賓范佩西的支持與鼓勵，羅賓是一個非常貼心的人，他對於長期的傷病非常有經驗，而他給了我很多的建議」

Ya：這是…久病成良醫嘛…真不希望這樣…

Who helped you out, presuming your family did, but any particular teammates who helped you get through this time? (his injury)

誰幫你渡過了這段受傷的期間，你的家人？或是任何的隊友？

TV: Umm, I spoke a little bit with Robin. We speak Dutch with each other. He had a few injuries as well and he gave me some good advice during that time.

藥水：「嗯…我和羅賓有聊過，我們都講荷語。他對傷病非常的有經驗，然後在那段期間他給了我很多的建議。」

Ya：很高興知道我們的隊長跟副隊長感情很好：） 

As an aside, he』s trying to get you on Twitter isn』t he? Are you close to joining? 

順便問一下，他一直勸你加入推特，對嗎？你要加入了嗎？

TV: *laughs* Maybe, maybe I'm close. I don't know, but at the moment I'm not on Twitter yet. Maybe in the future, who knows.

藥水：「（笑）可能，大概吧，我可能會加入，我不是很清楚，但現在我還沒加入，未來就不一定了，誰曉得呢」

Ya：後來有一次佩西和藥水一起去吃飯，然後佩西成功的說服藥水加入了推特。藥水的twitter是@T_Vermaelen05。

「I would force Robin to do it because he's always err… making jokes with me and always doing strange things to me so I'll force him to eat the chicken feet.」（亞洲行的訪問）

藥水：「我會說是羅賓吧，因為他…恩…他總是開我的玩笑，然後對我做很多奇怪的事，所以我會選他去吃雞爪。」

Ya：對外國人來說，華人文化有很多很神奇的食物，像是皮蛋、雞脖子、雞屁股啦這類的東西。

「I think we are positive of course. After the Liverpool game we needed a boost, and now we can take confidence to Old Trafford. But it's too early to talk about the title, we are only two games in. It's a long, long way to the end of the season. I don't think we should talk about that yet.」

藥水：「我想我們都很樂觀積極，這是一定的。在與利物浦的比賽之後我們很需要激勵一下士氣，現在我們可以信心滿滿的去老特拉福了。現在要說誰是第一還太早了，我們才踢了兩輪比賽，整個英超的賽程是非常～非常～長的，我想我們還沒到可以討論這個的時候。」（ 歐冠附加賽第二腿打贏烏雞後）

對於那個點球，藥水說：恩，是吧，球可能是碰到我的手了，但我總不能把我的手給切了吧。我真的很高興，我們有個很棒的守門員，有著非常精彩的撲救。（以上摘錄自影片的訪談）

請回答你在足球之外最大的嗜好是？

Verma:If you』re talking about sports I love table tennis very much, we have a table tennis now at the training ground so sometimes we play after a session.

藥水：「如果你說的是運動的話，那我非常的喜歡桌球，現在我們有了桌球桌在訓練場，有時候在訓練完我們會一起玩。」

Verma:And if you don』t talk about football or sport, I love sitting on a terrace, sitting in the nice weather and relax. 

藥水：「如果不是足球或運動的話，我喜歡坐在陽台上，享受美好的天氣然後放鬆自己。」

藥水：他是首相。

藥水：女皇。

藥水：我不曉得，但我已經用過饒舌歌手這個答案了，但如果我一直用這個答案，總有一次會對吧！

藥水：我不知道他是誰。

問：什麼是Primark？

藥水：是一間店，我曾經經過那，那裡看起來總是忙碌，我看到很多人手上都拿著袋子。

問：什麼是An Oyster card？

藥水：是某一種超市的卡片嗎？

問：什麼是Domestos？

藥水：是一種食物嗎？

藥水：充滿電話號碼的書。

藥水：我從來沒聽過。

藥水：是要用他來集點然後兌換免費的商品嗎？

問：你最後一次搭大眾交通工具是？

藥水：去年我在 Hampstead搭了巴士，比開車容易多了。

問：你最後一次逛超市是？

藥水：我是和我女朋友一起去的，然後我在車上等，這樣算嗎？

問：你最後一次整理自己的草坪是？

藥水：我沒有自己的庭院，我住的地方有一個公有花園，會有人剪那些草。

問：你最後一次付錢看球賽是？

藥水：我不記得我曾經有過！

問：你最後一次去電影院是？

藥水：有很長一段時間了，我去看了阿凡達。

問：你最後一次自己動手做是？

藥水：幾個禮拜前，我的馬桶出了點問題，他不能沖水，我試著自己修修看，當我搞定他的時候我真的很高興。

問：一公升的汽油要多少錢？

藥水：我會說是1.17磅

問：一條麵包要多少錢？

藥水：大概1.75磅嗎？

問：兵工廠比賽日的手冊多少錢？

藥水：我猜大概是5磅

問：兵工廠的球衣要多少錢？

藥水：是60磅左右嗎？

問：進城費要多少錢？

藥水：8磅，我常常付。

問：大麥克要多少錢？

藥水：2磅。

現在我的Blog裡，沙皇的訪問佔比最高，朋友跟我說：「你的部落格體脂率好高。」
